We are sick of pumpkin-flavored everything ! We don't want pumkin scones, pumpkin cereal, pumpkin toothpaste, pumpkin sushi or pumpkin egg salad and 98% of the pumpkin beers are just sorrowful swill ! There are thousands of other flavors we can be enjoying this fall ! (Ok, well at least 8.) Here's some others:

Cinnamon - Always good especially when you mix with any other flavors on this list.
Cider - Cider donuts are still the best and generally Apple flavored stuff is a good bet in the Fall.
Maple- Maple is still awesome on almost anything, There is nothing better than Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Quaker Oatmeal on a cool Fall morning. Of course any self-respecting man needs at least 2 packets to have any remote chance of being full.
Sweet Potato - Have you ever had a sweet potato biscut? Smash up some of those buds into your scone batter, Starbucks !
Toasted Corn - 'Dem bones make good soup
Burnt Leaves - Props to @Duckness22 for supplying that suggestion via Twitter. That'd make a nice candle and a good wood-fired steak too.
Wursts - Brat? Knock? We'll even classify the schnitzels and other densely packed sausage into this category. It should be an option for any sandwich, soup, chili and casserole all October.
Boo-Berry Cereal - Plop those plastic undigestable carcinogenic marshmallows in a latte or a muffin for a change
